Welcome to L8six Small Business Consultancy (“L8six”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing our consultancy services, online courses, digital downloads, or subscriptions, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or engaging our services.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our services/products.

1. About Us

L8six is a UK-based small business consultancy providing strategy, finance, operations, people management, and sales & marketing support, as well as digital resources, subscriptions, and training courses.

2. Eligibility

By using our services or purchasing products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UK law.

3. Services Provided

We offer:

  • Business consultancy services (delivered online or in person).

  • Online courses and training programmes.

  • Digital downloads (templates, guides, checklists).

  • Online subscriptions and memberships (ongoing access to resources, content, or consultancy support).

4. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or purchasing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Consultancy services may require an engagement fee to secure work. This fee is non-refundable and will be set out in writing before services commence.

  • Subscriptions and memberships will be billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled in accordance with section 6.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Consultancy Services: Engagement fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the agreed start date may be partially refunded (excluding the engagement fee). Cancellations within 7 days are fully chargeable.

  • Digital Downloads & Templates: All downloads are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once accessed or delivered.

  • Online Courses: Once access has been granted, fees are non-refundable, even if the course is not completed.

  • Subscriptions & Memberships: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. Access will continue until the end of your paid term. Future billing will stop once cancellation is confirmed.

  • Statutory Rights: These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

6. Subscriptions & Memberships

  • Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.

  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and contact information.

  • If payment fails, access to content or services may be suspended until resolved.

  • We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. You will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance, with the option to cancel before renewal.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, downloads, courses, and subscription content remain the intellectual property of L8six.

  • You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials for your own business only.

  • Redistribution, resale, or unauthorised sharing of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • L8six provides consultancy and training for guidance purposes only. We make no guarantees of financial or business outcomes.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or products.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

9. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information when engaging our consultancy services.

  • You must ensure you have suitable technology and internet access to use our online courses, downloads, or subscriptions.

10. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • We respect your confidentiality and will not share business information provided during consultancy without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services, subscriptions, or memberships if you breach these Terms, misuse our intellectual property, or failure to make payment.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
